It’s the last day Breeks! Is gonna stand in TM. Went for breakfast at Mac half an hr later than promised. Then arnd 10, went down to breeks! To take photos. It was fun cos I can try taking all sorts of pics cos no customers arnd. They started teasing me with my coarse voice again when I got down. Had another hr before to start work and my batt was going flat. Huda also forgot to charge her batt so I offered to charge them at my sis’ place.

I left my sis’ place later than I planned cos I tot tat it would be rather rude just to go over to charge the batts and jus go off. With 15 min to start work, I chose to take a bus back to work cos there was simply no cabs when I wanted them. I ran all the way to Breeks and still had 1 min to breathe. In the end, I worked with a headache for the first 3 hrs.

I took some customers from 12-3 and most of them could not understand wat the hell I was trying to tell them. So I did most of the chores that did not require me to talk but I couldn’t run away from some customers.

I slept at my sis’ place during my 3 hrs break. The headache was a killer. Left at 5 to eat at CS halal Chinese ‘café on the ground floor(the one next to pappa roti). Ate their popiah. Oishi desu! My sis had the laksa and it was nice- totally Chinese. I shall bring huda and izzati to eat there when we have our breaks. =)

The next 4 hrs was quite a drag for me. there were like 6 ppl on floor ( the 2 ppl in the kitchen didn’t need help) and our place wasn’t full. Everyone was kinda bored and zombie-like cos we were all waiting for the feast and there was simply nothing much to do. Usually I’ get excited when we all are to shout “Hi welcome to Breeks!” or “Thanx Bye See U again!” whenever the guests come in or leave but due to my sore throat/coarse voice, I couldn’t do so on the very last day at Breeks! It wouldn’t even make a bloody difference! But thank god time passed by quickly and soon we were clearing the place up. The uncle from bread talk surprised me when he cursed fucj and chi bai to the TM management. He wished us luck but I was still surprised he said those words to me. even I try my best not to do so.hahaz.

The feast was nice. I had lasagna, chicken patty, ‘baked dory’ mash potato and coleslaw. The coleslaw has always been my fav! So nice! And took the hazelnut mocha too! Kept taking photos in between our food. Then jia jia had her cake (bought by terry) and sir danny and sir eric came down from seoul garden to join us. More photo-taking till 12 midnight. That was obviously the latest time I ever went home from work. Shared a cab with serene. But the funny thing was, the cab meter had stopped working. When I alighted the driver just said he’ll charge us $12 to hougang including midnight charge. I think tats quite cheap ya.

I didn really feel sad we closed though. Jus scared of the change of environment up in seoul garden. I hope it would turn out better.

Woke up in the morning feeling feverish, sick really. Just didn’t feel good at all. But I wasn planning to skip class so I went ahead with my plans on going to school although I was weighing on the pros and cons of going to sch. And oh! It was raining quite heavily at first. I finally made my way outta my house at 7.20 (and my parents didn stop me!). took 38 to simei and thank god I saw my fren yun ru. Took the train with her thinking that I could probably get to sit on the floor cos I noe the seat would all be taken. Unfortunately, the floor was wet so I had to stand and olso got nothing to lean on. In my mind, I was trying my best to stay ok but I told myself I’ll just stop at the next station if I stand anymore. Yun ru was kind enough to insult me and I finally made my way back at Paya Lebar once I realized how stupid I was, trying to go to sch.

Thank goodness the train heading to the east was empty so I got a double seater to myself and slept to ease off the pain. I thought “Oh! The clinic should open at 8.30. its 8 now so I should just stop at tanah merah (where my doc is).” I slept past the stop. And tampines too. I woke up at Pasir Ris wondering if I should just take bus 12 home and go to the clinic later but the train driver gave me no choice cos he closed the doors soon after. So for today, I was the idiot who passed by Tanah Merah thrice within an hour.

That was not all. After taking bus 9 to the clinic, I realized that it opens at 9. great! Another half hour of waiting! That wouldn be too long. I sat at the bus stop, tapping my feet away, trying to keep myself awake. But my back started to hurt and I started to get irritated (I’m easily irritated when i’m sick). Then when I saw that a man suddenly disappeared after seeing him at doors of the clinic, I walked over there. It was still closed. To not embarrass myself, I sat at the front of the clinic and did the same things I did at the bus-stop, only to fall asleep after awhile.

9.05am. the lady finally came to unlock the doors. I got my bag and went through the doors that she opened for me. I didn’t noe if I shld close it so I left it opened. And she pushed it close. Hur hur. She got behind the counter and started slamming files and stuff while I comfortably sat at the bench waiting for the doctor to arrive. A man appeared soon after and greeted the lady. No. he’s not the doc. He was wearing shorts but she knew him by name. another uncle came too. He was another regular patient. The doc finally came in after he settled with the huge vase outside the clinic. I was the first patient to be attended to and made a quick check-up with a lot of ‘in-the-mornings’ to my report to the doc. He said I had the virus but I thought, “which virus? The flu virus? Or the lying one?”. I do hope he didn t think I was lying. Before I left I asked bout my condition which I had in the last visit-intestinal gas(gastric smth, or so he said).

“avoid gassy drinks, alcohol or SMOKING cos blah blah blah..” the funny thing is that he emphasized on the word smoking. Doesn’t he noe I dun smoke? He’s the doctor. Got my pills and MC and went off. Planned to take a cab so flagged for one at the bus stop. Another lady was doing so and i gave her the cab that i flagged. She rather i take it and then the cab took off with no passenger in it. Freaking driver. I slept when i was on the way home. Took my medicine at slept again arnd 10 when i reached home.

finally woke up at 4 cos i had to work at 6. Then saw Rosalina and Jai walked past my workplace. Boy i dun like the girl cos she just Cant act! And Dalinah and her fiance walked walked too to get to Watsons.

i'm like trying to change my template and all right now so i'm not really gonna blog for a while.

but aniwae, i didnt have Rp trg just now cos they wanted to take a break after the National League(NL). I had the choice to either go for dance with Roszian, go over to my sis's place or just slack at home. Kept all choices open and i even went to the sch library to borrow a DVD (Breakfast At Tiffany's...hehehz). So i thought i would watch the movie when i reach home arnd 6 till 7+ and then see if i'm still up for dance. Noraini and i took the train and she was like "I think its weird if ppl look at our jeans." i thought that she was just passing a comment but then i realised we were wearing the same S&K jeans. (seriously i never meant to copy u but i needed a pair of jeans and i got it CHEAP!!) newaez i turned so ppl who sees her from the front sees my back. then we got our seats and i jus Had to close my eyes although i wasnt tired. its freaking irritating la. everytime i sit on the train i would just 'fall asleep' and wake up with a headache. but jus now was worse, i was "head-banging" and when i woke up tis guy was like staring at me!!! WTH! paisy-fying lor...

my married-now-3-months-pregnant sis called at tanah merah station and asked bout tis sound effect cd that i saw at HMV. she wanted to go there and buy but i felt too lazy cos i was all the way back in the east. i felt guilty after a while cos she sounded desperate for the cd so i offered to accompany her since i have concession for train. Went to NTUC to get some snacks with Noraini(ur name's too long, can i call u Muji too??). Met my sis and Noraini went off soon after. They didnt sell the cds in tamp so we had to go town.

On the way there, i was like telling my sis about this animal conservation talk i went to in the afternoon cos it was gross yet educational and cos of the pictures shown, i Nearly became a vegetarian. Nearly only cos so far i haven eaten any meat except fish. So in a way, i vowed to indulge in chocolates and junk food only! (oOh! i made full use of the weighing and measuring machine in school. i gained 2kg but i'm still stuck at 1.58m!!)

my sis realised that she haven had a proper meal since morning and decided to dine in at MOS burger for their super thick and yummy fries. She got me a fish burger and ice tea while she got herself fries and strawberry milkshake. The ice tea sold there is SUPER NICE!

We got to HMV and bought the cds she was looking for. It was really quick- in and out. I asked if she's known the gender of the baby yet but it can only be done next month. Surprisingly, both of us are hoping for the same thing - that it'll be a boy! I mean i dun mind a girl la but it'll be more fun with a boy cos we dun have many in our family. My sis is even hoping that he would turn out to be like Adam Brody! with the curly hair and the humour and all. Curly hair??! fat hope! All my family members have straight hair and i doubt my bro-in-law's side has such genetics too. So to bad la. Unless we perm his hair. Hmmm...

Bloody F man...i skipped sch today cos of various reasons la;
1) the weather was turning bad and i HATE going to sch in the rain.
2) i've been planning for lunch with ms ang and i noe i wouldn make it if i were to attend sch
3)so i have to skip sch and computing's the best
4)i need to shop for bdae gifts by saturday and i'm fully booked tis week
5)and i had a hunch Beckham would arrive here today or latest tmr

i didn manage to have lunch with ms ang and i didn shop at all. and i tot he's reached without announcement so i didnt go to the airport either. how wrong i was.

Beckham's JUST arrived today!!! BLOODY F***! if only i believed my hunch. now i cant do anything cos i cant skip sch again.

wimbledon fever is on. watched venus williams played lindsay davenport for the title of champion on sat. i was hoping venus would win after defeating maria sharapova cos i was supporting sharapova initially.

the first set was ok. but davenport seemed better. guess i got a little worried for venus. then in the second set, davenport had a back injury causing williams to lead the set and eventually the match. it was sad looking at davenport cry after the loss. and i was surprised with the reaction of venus when she won. cos she was like jumping and all but didn like choose someOne to talk to.

but hell. i love venus' arms.

i watched the men's finals too. jus halfway though. but federer kept his cool all the way through. roddick is super cute but i was all for federer winning the cup. again, i was right.

i still love roddick's good looks.

and i want venus' arms.

finally, after about 4 months working as a service crew, i was given a personal tip from a customer. hah! not that its such a big thing la cos i dun work for tips. i mean i do work for the money; money that i earn, not tips. but sometimes i do wonder if i'm not worth given tips. so when the really nice couple gave me the generous tip i was elated.

but i feel guilty cos i didn even like try to decline the tip cos there were new customers to turn to. haiz. i just wanna thank the couple again.
