I’m SOOO HAPPY!Excited!!!
Elated!!!!!
Ecstatic!!!!!!!!!!
I kinda fought hard to get
A for prescription this week after getting a
C for last week. And guess wat?
I EXCELLED! Woo hoo! Its not the class I’m happy about, its
Jacqueline’s comment that flatters me. hehe.
Comments for Individual:
Fabulous participation and effort in class for the past few weeks. I can really see the interest you have and the desire to join the fitness industry.
I think you would do very well actually and be a magnet for clients. Yes, i agree too that practical is very important for this module, and the key now is not to get too excited about eqpt, as that tends to make one stop thinking about movements. If you know your origin and insertions, and can design ex with dumbells, fitballs etc .. learning how to use eqpt is really rote learning anyway - anybody can learn that - you do not need to be trainer.
Honestly, I’m flattered by her la. Simply because she’s got the experience and she saying this gives me more motivation to do better and excel in prescription la, although I got
C+ for UT (my score was 9/20). I may just need her help for my prescription for the netball girls. But hell, I’ll have another 2 weeks to wait for class. But
yay anyway! =)

it's physical trg today la. i was kinda hoping Faz will throw in some weights but my guess was right-we did cardiorespiratory today. unexpectedly though, she made us run to woodlands stadium, run/sprint twice of the 400m track with intervals and run back to school. the first run was not bad, nvr had a thought of giving up but us netball girls cheered for the whole bunch esp for a soccer girl so couldn last so long. when we reached the stadium she made all of us sprint around the track. i wasnt the first few in the line but i did it my way, consistently and steadily. the rest were liking running for their lives la, besides Naz of course who practically sprinted her way throughout. i came in 3rd in the first run. after some crunches and standard puch-ups, she made us run again, this time round with half the pack. lydia took me as pacer and i warned her i wont have a very fast start cos i would tire myself out too fast like the rest and i rather be passing people than let others pass me because that would demoralise me. midway, nan passed me but i was more than glad to pass her again. jasmine did well till the last 100m and strained her tendon. 3rd position again so i felt that my physical is still not bad.but aft tat i was getting a bit giddy whenever i stop jogging so i was afraid i couldn do so well for the run back to school. the traffic light was the only barrier i had cos we had to stop and most of the girls gathered at the junction. i was very tempted to run just ahead of everyone but all the way i told myself to pace my run. nothing else really come up my mind besides those words, not even to run pass people like nan(again) margarita and that bloody soccer girl who pushed me whose name started with L.
oh yeah, we had to run back to the sports hall when we reached the RPC actually and i led in the end cos naz's grp was the grp behind mine. but honestly, i feel good about my cardio fitness level. Well Done! =)

Let me give you a rundown of my classes, modules and facis k.E25D – Sports & Exercise Prescription – Jacqueline Lee
One of my favorite facilitators. Not because she gives me good grades but because of her experience. Honestly I missed all my facilitators’ introduction about themselves cos I came late during the first week for all modules. But I read up a bit on her on rp.edu.sg and she has close to 10 years of experience in the fitness industry having positions of being trainer of trainers, a personal trainer and even as the Fitness Director for international franchise gyms like Gold's Gym and World Gym in Taiwan! That’s why I always spell ‘RESPECT’ in her class. I did share with her I wanted to be a personal trainer (after I know I give up doing forensic science in Singapore) and she was willing to help me out in whatever way she can. & in addition, she speaks good, fluent English although it’s very cute to hear her make some mistakes in class. And her grading is unbiased and very strict actually. And oh! She graduated with Masters in university of Liverpool. :D
E25D – Sports & Exercise Nutrition – Jenny Ng
Another favourite of mine because I like her name a lot. Lol. Actually I like names starting with J and coincidentally The Killers have a song based on her name – ‘Jenny Was a Friend Of Mine’ which I love a lot too.
Anyway, this lady is small in size though the photo they have of her online prove her injustice. And she’s got great hair dye. It’s like red dye hidden under the black and you can only see it under shades of light. I told her once I love her hair and she was quick to say, ‘you can have it’. Haha. But she was nice to advise me about my dad cos I told her bits and pieces bout my parents cos they’re the reason why I don’t have my hair dyed. Honestly, I would choose red as my colour too. Hehe. Anw, Jenny’s really easy-going I feel. She laughed with tears out twice; once when Ah Beng said "Tom & Jerry" when he wanted to say "Ben & Jerry’s" in 5A, and another was when she noticed Mimi’s mini afro hair was ‘cleaning’ the whiteboard. But one thing's scary bout her is when she changes her facial expressions whenever we present our work.
E25F – Sports & Exercise Psychology – Lilian ChuaShe was a familiar face to me though I’ve never seen her before until I remembered she looks like ms Cai! That was why I had a tiny feeling of hatred though she’s quite nice as a person. I always get A for her class except once when I missed the first meeting. I think its because I’m always proactive in class and my RJ is quite ‘reflective’ and most times I would apply whatever I’ve learnt on my netball girls since there’s always training after class.
E25A – Anatomy & physiology – Alex Ong
Alex made a fool out of me during the first lesson la just because I was late. He wanted me to greet and apologize to the whole class for being late even though I didn’t affect the happenings in class la. I’ve been doing that every lesson and I still forget to apologize TO the class. He specializes in biomechanics actually and he’s not really an expert in the module. I appreciate his initiative of taking up the module for us because there wasn’t any volunteers from the SAS who wanted to do so for SHL since it’s their course. He taught in RI before and he’s as complicated as them. He said he’s a man of few words, but boy, he’s got many sentences always. And I think he’s the oldest among all my facilitator.
E25D – first friends I made was of course from my team la. Jessica, Janine, Ray & Russell. Yeah. I was the odd one whose name starts with W. but hell, Jessica is fun-loving and sometimes bitchy (I loike) from an IJ, i forgot which but it was definately a girls' sch. She’s smart la, can be a little lazy, but I love her presentation style. Ray’s this lamer guy whom she hates most, and everyone knows that. Honestly, I dun have a liking for him either cos he always smoke his way through presentation, and its pretty obvious he doesn’t know his stuff. The other girls are Kieren (or J for short), Jesslyn, Shayna, Yuan Ping who have very similar characters to Jess. I love our Sportswoman of the Year, Rena, during Nutrition class. She’s quite on about finishing the work fast but I dun see that much in prescription la. Haha. Some other girls like Yu Xin, Kui Mei, Olivia & Hidayah and whom I’m not close with but I love Hidayah’s presentation style. She just doesn’t wanna speak up during class discussions la which is wasted. And oh! There’s Kelly, from yr 3 Dragons, in prescription also. She’s a bit quiet la but she’s quite fun I feel. And that reminds me of this irritating yr 3 in prescription olso. She made a bad impression to the whole class since day one with her 'Errs' and 'Erms'. & not forgetting the guys in D! there’s Ben, Kelvin, Ivor, Kok Hui, Dude, Mimi, Vernold and I dun think there’s anymore. The first 3 guys are the most active ppl I feel but Ivor has one of the best presentation styles and very smart too, and surprisingly, he stays arnd my area though I’ve NEVER seen him before. Dude can say to be one of the cutest but he’s kinda quiet (sadly, he’s not a geek). Vernold’s new haircut (botak) suits him better. Rather ok-looking and captain for men’s floorball. Kok hui is a Nerd and nerds are nice to have in a group. Overall, I find the class OK but the participation could be more.
E25A – Anatomy!! I have only one group so far and I LOVE THEM! Ok, exaggerated. I love the team work we have la. We’re always the first group to be full (of the members). I was made a fool during my first lesson and since I was new to the class, I went straight to the only face familiar in the class – Nigel! He’s in the national Men’s Netball team. I only knew him by face then. There’s also Stella, Dini & Saket (some say he’s really sakit to them, like literally, cos he brags). My group's quite hardworking la but sometimes we drag time too long till we cant finish work on time. I’m known in this class by the word ‘itself’ cos I always end my lines with that during presentation. And the people who started calling me that were none other than Thevan and another guy from ACS (who’s 22, attractive in a way, and scored a full 4 for his GPA for year 1!& sadly i forgot his name). There is a mutual dislike for John cos he’s always trying to lick the boots of their facis and he makes stupid remarks in class. He’s the oldest in class at 26 anyway. Danica and Fadillah are 2 crazy girls the class have and I do love them actually. And oh! Nigel has a ‘twin’ in class – Natheniel! It’s cos they have the same frequency (they really do have the same thoughts although one doesn’t say it out, the other will say so after awhile). Both actually went for a piercing…at their penis! Crazy la! I didn’t believe at first but they're gonna prove by showing pics by end of sem. Then again, if its just a pic, they can just get it off the net rite? The class is loud, and even funnier if Ah beng is around.
E25F – its my core module but for the rest of the class, this is an elective to them. Most are from SAS, a few from SHL. And Elyas is in my class la, and best thing, my group. He’s a funny dude. Denniz and Estella are fun to work with, very cooperative and estella’s very hardworking. Haisacc’s from yr 3, very extroverted and hates Kenneth (the loudmouth who really doesn’t know his place most times). Kenneth’s always picking an argument with Linie (floorball). And apparently, she dislikes his loudmouth too, but they came twice to school together after getting breakfast from deliFrance. Estallah’s old classmates, mildred, loga & allson are nice people & mildred has a good touch with photoshop which she makes good use of for the powerpoint presentation. I quite like the class cos almost everyone is proactive.

here's the thing, I came back to school to excel. simply said.
netball: the first week was a time for observation and a little on ice-breaking. the team was a group with no communication and lack of enthusiasm for the game. no one encourages, but some were screaming at others. i told Captain Naz that there was smth missing from her team and she quickly agreed that they lack teamwork. all i told her was to have a meeting for all to sit and discuss on their ideas for the SLA(cca fiesta) and on their strengths and weaknesses as a team and individuals. I predicted there was gonna be tears as usual of a team talk but tat was what the team needs before heading on to any competitions.
2 weeks the talk postponed due to lack of time and bad attendance of players. i had a very bad resource who was criticising some ppl, but i didnt noe it was totally unjustified cos she judged them on a personal basis only.
finally when the team talk was possible, not everyone spoke their hearts out. tis was not what i was hoping for cos in the end, the team cannot proceed on and i believe very much in this. and honestly, i was shocked nobody sent me a hate mail during the talk. suddenly everyone was nice to me though i feel they felt threatened of their positions in the committee. nothing for them to worry of. but if they're willing, i can give them a gd fight to it.
fitness: i NEED my fitness back. i realised during my first trg that i have no problem with my speed, its still intact. but boy, my stamina was going downhill way too fast. my plans was to have mon, wed, fri taken up by team trg with Rp and Avalanche. tues and/or thurs would be for gym sessions. pardon me for being outdated, i studied on cardiorespiratory exercise and then started to have one for my preparation for the competitions. long jogs with short runs on the sch threadmill. it seemed ok last week, but its still not gd.
school: i can't be more excited to study in RP ever since i got the transfer & truly, i love sch now cos of my interesting lessons, classes & facilitators. But i alr had the mindset way before sch started to achieve the best that there is. Aim high, & so said by Mr Max. i'm pushing myself for the daily grades & i noe the simple trick to it-participate, confidence during presentations & reflective RJs, not those short ones i used to do during yr 1. So far i'm getting a lot of Bs, a few As & a C and D for Anatomy(graded by relief facis!). I don't do boot-licking but i'ld rather have a friendly relationship with my facis with respect still, of course. & really i LOVE prescription & nutrition! i seem quite enthusiastic bout my lessons with all the application & stuff and i think some of my frens kinda feel irritated by it somehow. heh
the contradiction of telling ur facilitators how much u wanna tone up and the discipline u have on urself SUX WANY! first week was just enthusiasm. and now, the flame is like so small la.
I NEED PCD'S 'BEEP' & 'BUTTONS' VIDEO FOR MOTIVATION FOR THAT BODY!
and honestly, if jaqueline knows of my ill-discipline, she'll definately be disappointed. and to not know about my origin and insertion of muscles, tats worse!
i need to focus in sch. damn it!

today was supposed to be gym in sch from 12-2pm, study in sch library from 2-4.30pm, PP workshop from 4.30-7.30pm then freeplay.
then my mum woke me up to tell me she's heading to jakarta with my grannie and aunt ida as a mother's day treat by my steward uncle sany. so change of plans: sis's place arnd 12~1pm, shopping for sis's 21st in orchard 2-4pm, workshop till 7.30pm then gym at tamp till 9.30pm.
but i was hungry and offered to have lunch with my mum at tamp interchange. grannie joined along when we saw her at the bus stop(she was heading home. haha) late lunch at Delifrance. tenderloin steak, beef bolognaise, vegetarian ciabretta, mushroom soup and bread pudding. what's not sinful about all those?! the steak was the best la! my mum was convinced by the waiter to get the $100 voucher since our bill was alr 60+.
workshop was surprisingly fun. 2 reasons: the presentor was very interactive and funny, and having natheniel and nigel arnd can crack u up very easily. Nate was holding his pee and in the end made up a song about it. Hilarious! and these 2 dudes disclosed that they had their penis pierced. zhen ai was telling Nate, "like tat u cant have sex la!". Siti mentioned bout tongue piercing, tat if the girl has one, she'll probably get it stuck with the other piercing if they did a blowjob. i thought tat was scarily funny. haha
anw, i cancelled my plans to go gyming cos i tot i was rather decided to get a birkenstock for my sis. how i was wrong. i made an impulse buy on a nike shirt before going into the shop. by then, i had a heartache when i saw the price. in the end, i'm home with no gifts still cos aft that, i went to try out clothes for myself. lol
and the best surprise is when i saw my mum back at home just now. she just comfirmed how i got my bimbo genes from cos her passport's expiry must be 6 mths beofre that and she got sent back instead. so now, my grannie and aunty are in jakarta. i'm not sure if their son/brother was gonna meet them at the airport.
ok. cam-whoring! -->

it was nice just to see my idol again every week.
ok, fine. i love ong bee kee, as my idol. haha.
she asked me where i was studying during the first training.
i poked her biceps the following training and she kinda resisted very fast and said she had nicer arms last time.
