HOHO! i'm ranked 161,170th in the world in 72min!
okay, vanessa got my hopes high by making me think i completed my 10k run just slightly after an hour but it seems there was a discrepency of 10min with her watch
but its OKAY!
my goal was to complete it under 75min & i achieved it!
& FYI, Singapore is ranked 24th out of 26 cities with the average of 74min per runner.
still, KUDOS TO ALL WHO COMPLETED THE RACE!
i sure feel like joining more races but i've got to think of the money too.
anyway, a week of the last semester just ended
but i kinda like my classes this semester
i'm still unsure how kai ming grades but my team in his physiology class is of superwomen
i had a biomechanics filled with familiar faces from my diploma & we do have quite a number of ROH students (3 on my team! stress! haha)
but another familiar face is my faci, ian & i'm quite thankful for having him cos he majors in the subject
leisure was a rather quiet class so i was the one who seemed to be the most talkative
i'm thankful karno & i are in the same group so there was someone who understand what crap i'm talking about
& my faci lives in the neighbourhood so i have to behave! haha
& i really do like my team & faci for my theatre appreciation module
we were quiet in the beginning but we all warmed up & quickly during the 2nd meeting, we were cracking each other up with jokes
& my faci, jasmine, is so cute!
she twirled, smiling, to face us after writing on the board
& she talks to herself too - that is so ME! LOL!
hopefully, it'll carry on to be fun & interesting as it has for this week
& Wheeeeee! i just went behind the wheels for the first time just now!
it was a lil scary at first cos there were so many things to remember all at once
but in the end, mr neo said i did okay & tat i need like 10 lessons to be ready for the TP test
but the challenge just started so i don't wanna be complacent
parking will be the most challenging, i believe
there's so many things to do this month & i'm so frigging excited!
there's driving lessons and netball trainings -
school trgs, avalanche trgs PLUS citibank's who wants me to train them
& lots of dinner with friends to break fast with!
& i haven't shopped in IKEA yet to get stuff for my room, which has yet to be cleared of the unneccessary things
well, i can't play green's day song this yr since i'll have to stay awake this september!!
HAHA!
& the latest news on tv:
Laurentia Tan won the first medal (bronze) in the equestarian event in the paralympics!
its awesome news, especially when the event isn't quite a big sport in our country.
KUDOS TO LAURENTIA!
& its a nice name she's got too. haha
